• You must have a working microphone

• You must be able to understand and speak english as we are a UK based server

• You must have access to Discord. This is primarily what we use to communicate whether it regards staff, applications, server events, etc.

• We expect all participants, both during roleplay (RP) and outside of it, to treat each other with respect. Any derogatory remarks directed towards individuals based on race, gender, religion, disabilities, or sexual orientation will not be tolerated. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or disrespect. Violation of these guidelines will result in appropriate consequences.

• If a problem needs to be resolved by staff, contact a moderator first before contacting an admin.

• We kindly ask community members not to engage in backseat staff behavior, both in-game and on Discord. We value the community's enthusiasm and willingness to help, but please trust the staff to handle any arising situations. They are dedicated to resolving issues and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone.

• Please refrain from advertising or including links in usernames. However, we do have designated Discord channels for promotions, which are permitted. Feel free to use these channels to share your content or any relevant links.

• Please ensure that your Steam or Discord names are appropriate, as offensive names will result in a warning or kick. Repeated instances of joining after receiving a warning or kick will lead to further consequences. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment..

• Green Zones are designated areas free of criminal activity. Engaging in FailRP by fleeing from a crime and entering a green zone is strictly prohibited. However, if the RP begins outside the green zone and is brought into it, you may continue the criminal roleplay, ensuring it remains realistic. For instance, bringing a gang vs. gang conflict to the Police Station or Hospital is not allowed due to realistic limitations.

• Please note that entering the military base or aircraft carrier is strictly prohibited. It's important to recognize that crossing over the fences of a genuine military base or stepping onto an aircraft carrier would undoubtedly lead to detainment or being shot on the spot. Therefore, any attempt to breach these areas will result in an immediate ban

• When using a third-party VOIP application, consider it as a radio or cell phone within the context of the game. Any in-game information discussed should be conveyed through in-game vocalization

• Exploiting or hacking of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes activities such as AFK Farming, abusing in-game bugs, and similar actions. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate ban.

• Please refrain from impersonating cops or EMS (Emergency Medical Services). Avoid using character clothing or models that are associated with emergency services, as this practice is not permitted.

• The act of stealing police, EMS, or military vehicles, including those with AI (Locals), is strictly prohibited. This restriction encompasses a range of vehicles such as helicopters, tanks, jets, transport vehicles, cargobobs, and military helicopters, among others. However, emergency service player vehicles can be stolen with appropriate RP and a valid reason for the action. This should occur only in the context of an active cop situation that directly involves you. If you require clarification on the proper procedures for stealing an emergency vehicle, please seek assistance in the Discord support channel.

• In the absence of online police presence, PVP crimes including robberies, kidnappings, murders, and vehicle theft from other players are prohibited. However, if there is a mutual agreement between both parties, these activities may be allowed, provided that the staff team is informed and aware of the arrangement

• Deliberately combat storing or deleting to avoid consequences of criminal intent is strictly prohibited. For instance, if your vehicle sustains damage during a police chase, deleting the vehicle to evade the situation is considered FailRP and is not permitted.

• Utilizing the garage during RP situations or when your vehicle has broken down will lead to consequences. This should only be employed to store your vehicle when you are exiting the session. It should not be used while actively engaged in RP scenarios or when experiencing vehicle malfunctions.

• Please refrain from respawning without permission while EMS are on duty. If your character has been fatally injured and cannot be revived, communicate this information to the medics through RP. For instance, use a descriptive action like "/me Pulse would be fading before slipping away" to indicate the severity of your injuries. This guideline also applies when intentionally ending your character's life. Upon the arrival of a medic, confirm your character's death using the /me command

• After being revived, you'll be considered under medical custody until the medic has completed the necessary treatment. It's important to observe a 15-30 minute period of injury, depending on the severity of the wounds. For instance, if you've suffered multiple stab wounds in the leg and have received treatment, it's crucial to roleplay the physical limitations realistically. During this time frame, it's essential to adhere to the RP guidelines and not engage in activities that would be physically implausible, such as immediately pursuing someone for revenge.

• During roleplay (RP), it is mandatory to engage in the appropriate roleplay action when taking out your weapons, unless it's a small weapon such as a pistol or a knife. Realistically, it would take more than a couple of seconds to retrieve an assault rifle (AR) from your bag, akin to the time it would take in real life.

• The use of a phone or a gun while in prison or when cuffed is considered FailRP. This prohibition encompasses activities such as texting and tweeting. Please note that we do not have player prison guards to oversee the proper RP of stealing a phone, thus it is not allowed. Additionally, all your belongings will be confiscated and you will be searched upon entering the prison.

• When robbing a player, the maximum amount you can demand is £2,000. However, when demanding ransom from cops, you can request up to £10,000. Please consider the economic changes that might affect these amounts, and keep in mind that not everyone may have the requested sum of money.

• Kidnapping or robbing the same player more than once within a 12-hour period is not permitted, unless it's part of a pre-agreed gang vs. gang scenario or has been mutually arranged. Please remember that this action could disrupt their ongoing RP. Additionally, if you intend to kidnap any player, including law enforcement and medics, there must be a minimum of 3 officers on duty. If unsure about the number of officers on duty, feel free to inquire in character for clarification

Kidnapping or killing an officer or medic is not allowed if they are the only officer or medic on duty.

• If you believe you have been mistreated in a police situation, please avoid policing the police. Instead, use the appropriate channels, such as reporting the concerned officer to their superiors. Contact the staff only if the officer has violated service rules. Address instances of abuse of power within the context of the roleplay and report them as you deem suitable.

• Persistent violation of in-game laws will not be tolerated. While you are free to break laws as part of your roleplay, engaging in continuous reckless activities such as excessive speeding, running red lights at high speeds, instigating fights without sufficient RP context, or any other form of non-RP behavior is strictly prohibited.

• During server restarts (Tsunami/Storm), refrain from engaging in rampages or destructive behavior. Similarly, when leaving the server after a session, avoid senseless killings. Consequences will apply for rule violations, regardless of whether they occur five hours before a restart or one minute before.

• Having a friendly relationship with another player does not grant you permission to randomly kill them. All interactions must be fully roleplayed, and failure to do so will result in consequences. Additionally, stealing any form of police weapons is strictly prohibited.

• Engaging in any form of roleplay related to sexual assault, including non-consensual touching, rape, or any related actions, is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban. This policy extends to verbal communication as well. Please refrain from making jokes or mocking sexual harassment, as such behavior is not tolerated. Ban appeals related to this offense will be dismissed.

• No RDM/VDM allowed. RDM (Random Death Match) refers to killing or attempting to kill without intent and roleplay. VDM (Vehicle Death Match) involves using a vehicle to kill or attempt to kill without intent or roleplay. As a roleplay server, it's crucial to remember that all deadly actions must be adequately roleplayed. Killing on sight is not permitted as it may be considered a form of RDM

• Meta-Gaming is strictly prohibited. Meta-Gaming refers to the use of out-of-character or external information for in-game situations. This includes activities such as stream sniping, third-party VOIP applications, and similar actions.

• Power-gaming is prohibited. Power-gaming refers to the use of mechanics or roleplaying actions that do not exist within the game's framework.

• Avoid extended periods of being AFK, as this may result in a kick from the server. Please adhere to the NLR (New-Life Rule): if your character suffers fatal injuries (such as being headshotted or burned to death), upon respawn or morgue release, you will have no memory of how you died or who killed you. However, if treated by EMS before flatlining, the NLR rule does not apply. In such cases, please ensure that you roleplay your injuries appropriately.

• Adhere to FearRP (Fear Roleplay), which involves portraying a realistic fear for your character's life. For instance, if you find yourself alone in an alleyway and four gang members hold you at gunpoint, preventing your escape without facing potential death, you must comply with FearRP. In such scenarios, the average person would likely submit to their demands, considering their vulnerability and the inability to safely walk away

• Please avoid engaging in FailRP (Failing to Roleplay). Given the inherent mechanics of GTA V, certain actions that are entirely unrealistic and impossible to replicate may appear achievable in the game. Therefore, it is essential to carefully consider your actions before executing them. For instance, driving off an overpass, dropping over 20 feet, and experiencing multiple vehicle flips, followed by continued driving while evading the police, would be deemed impossible and is not acceptable behavior within the server

• Combat logging, which involves quitting the game during combat, will lead to an immediate ban. For instance, logging out to evade jail consequences or respawning without permission during an ongoing RP situation may result in a ban. If you experience a crash, please promptly contact either Police or EMS in Discord to inform them of the issue.

• Perma-Death/Character-Kill (CK) means that you do not have control over the death of your character. If your character undergoes Perma-Death/CK, creating a revenge character is not allowed. This rule is in place to prevent metagaming.

• Avoid speaking OOC (Out-Of-Character) unless directly addressed by staff. Breaking character is not permissible unless you are discussing an issue that requires resolution with a staff member.
